Tim Haller, President

With more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience, Tim Haller has delivered training and consulting to Fortune 100 clients across a variety of industries, including: technology, business services, financial services, and research and consulting firms.

Prior to founding Sales Gauge, Tim held positions of increasing responsibility at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. Through his extensive sales and sales management experience Tim has developed a blended learning environment that many Fortune 100 companies have invested in.  Tim created a negotiation and deal scoring method using a practical set of High Value Trades to provide sales leaders with perfect clarity into their pipelines, illuminating key areas for sales managers to focus on in order increase revenue. Additionally, Tim developed Sales Gauge's blended learning model that incorporates both live training and a comprehensive, web-based eLearning program that accelerates retention while lowering the cost of delivering training.

Tim has trained hundreds of sales professionals to close business through the Sales Gauge program and is a regular speaker at events and sales conferences around the world.

Andy McCaskey, eLearning Design and Development Specialist

Andy specializes in new media production and distribution on the Sales Gauge Online Cloud training. Andy is instrumental in developing and architecting the Sales Gauge offering available 24x7. Andy manages all aspects of the eLearning including all audio and video production. He also provides key marketing support around partner programs, such as Gravitocity, and the use of animated learning videos.

A technologist and early adopter in field sales support and training, Andy's specialties include new media coverage of focused technology and management events, business development / field sales in non-consumer communications-electronics, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Andy also has design experience in government and commercial communications systems and is certified in Linux/Unix and Network Continuity Planning.

Renay Picard, Marketing Consultant

With more than 16 years of experience in Marketing, Renay Picard leads the marketing efforts for Sales Gauge. Having been a Marketing executive at companies large and small in various industries, Renay has first-hand experience taking on critical marketing challenges that companies face with regard to brand recognition, marketing programs that drive results and, most importantly, lead generation that drives revenue.

Renay believes in building a strong marketing foundation based upon key business and sales needs; while the technologies that marketers and customers use are constantly evolving, the need to reach prospects with the right message at the right time and in the right place remains a constant.

Ashley Dilella, Social Media Consultant

Ashley Dilella leads the social media efforts at Sales Gauge. Passionate about helping companies grow with a strong belief that marketing is an area of business that can have a huge impact on success, Ashley has spent her professional career assisting companies in various industries, from startups to large corporations, establish, implement, and maintain effective marketing strategies and tactics.

With six years in the field, she has gained experience in many areas of marketing, from strategy development and implementation to social media management and content creation. She has a strong sense of how to determine what will move the needle for specific companies and builds around that. In 2015, she earned her MBA with a Concentration in Marketing from Babson College.
